The complexity of the clinical–academic partnership created gaps in trust, alignment, and psychological safety—impacting morale and collaboration. Leadership sought The HIVE’s support to rebuild connection and establish a healthier, more unified culture. Our Approach Through ongoing work with the C-Suite, Chief of Staff, and Human Resources, TheHIVE provided coaching, strategic guidance, and the design and facilitation of twofull-day interdisciplinary workshops.These sessions brought together leaders from across the clinics to:● Break down communication silos● Rebuild trust and mend strained relationships● Establish psychological safety and shared expectations● Navigate difficult conversations about past challenges● Prepare for the transition to a new leadership structure● Explore opportunities for innovation and future-focused improvementEach workshop created space for honest dialogue and collaborativeproblem-solving—laying the foundation for healthier team dynamics.
